APL 91¿ì²¥ welcomes new starters to its editorial teamÌý

APL 91¿ì²¥ is pleased to announce several new appointments across the editorial team. 

Sara Crossley: Senior editor, branded contentÌý

Sarah is a project manager with more than eight years’ experience working for leading creative advertising, publishing and media agencies. She joins us from SUITCASE Magazine, where she managed and produced a large range of campaigns, including a full magazine for the Saudi government. Prior to this, she worked at BBDO and VICE, where she managed 360° marketing campaigns from TV commercials through to digital, social, print and OOH (out-of-home) ads. Sara will be looking after various campaigns for APL 91¿ì²¥, primarily on National Geographic Traveller (UK). 

Emma Monk: Project editor, branded content 

Hailing from New Zealand, Emma is an experienced communications professional who joins us from Redactive 91¿ì²¥ Group where she worked as editor and deputy editor on a number of digital and print client publications. As well as content strategy and commissioning, Emma brings experience in social media management, digital content management, marketing project management, digital analytics and administration for clients’ websites and social media channels.  

Katelyn Fouladgar: Marketing executive 

Katelyn joins our growing marketing team from Bauer 91¿ì²¥ where she was marketing executive, optimising magazine circulation, in-store visibility and audience engagement. Before that, she was responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing activities for Alpha Events, including overhauling social strategy, overseeing content creation and writing post-show reports, among other responsibilities.  

Stephany Senanayake: Admin and operations assistant  

Stephany returns to APL 91¿ì²¥ as our new admin and operations assistant after a summer internship. Her background in mathematics and her statistical coding computing skills set her in good stead to work on maintaining the smooth running of the company. Prior to joining APL 91¿ì²¥, she’s held leadership and events co-ordinator positions. 

Vinny Bains: Production controller 

Vinny joins our production team with over five years’ experience as an artworker and account manager, with companies including O’Neill Modern 91¿ì²¥, Gigaprint and Euro Shopfitters. She brings a passion for hitting deadlines and working with clients to deliver high-profile products in digital and print.  

Fazal Miah: Production controller 

Fazal has extensive experience in multimedia graphics and integrated digital and print designing, both in the public and private sectors. From digital, branding and point-of-sale to litho, motion graphics design and large format printing, he’s a dab hand at liaising with clients to monitor quality and deliver results. Keen to improve processes and maximise client happiness, Fazal joins our growing production team.
